David Petersen Owner/Lead Inspector
With 10-years of experience between property management and Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing he is able to tailor inspections to a clients needs. Having personally sold and leased commercial real estate David understands the in's and out's of the deal in order to deliver a thorough, no-nonsense commercial inspection that gives buyers, sellers, investors, and owners the clear, actionable insights they need to make confident decisions. David also has experience having worked for Cook Flatt and Strobel Engineers as an inspector inspecting KDOT and county road and bridge construction projects.
Before entering commercial real estate David served as an infantryman with 1st Armored Division and deployed to Mosul Iraq in 2009. After completing his active-duty time in service he attended The University of Kansas where he studied economics and graduated in the spring of 2017.
When he is not on a job site or reviewing reports, you'll likely find him outdoors hunting, fishing, or enjoying a round of golf and spending time with his wife Brittany and two daughters Mia and Harper.

Our inspectors perform a comprehensive visual assessment of the property's major systems and components, documenting significant deficiencies, deferred maintenance, and safety concerns with detailed notes and representative photographs. Property Condition Assessments are conducted in accordance with the ASTM E2018-24 Standard when requested.
Following the inspection, you'll receive a clear, professional report outlining our findings, complete with photographs, observations, and recommendations to help you make informed decisions. We're also available after delivery to answer questions and discuss the report in detail.
